Default FS: 2003 LR Discovery 2 S7 - TF 3" Lift, Georgetown, TX

**SOLD**
After some serious thought, I've decided to sell my well looked after Disco II. I've owned this D2 for a little over 2yrs now. It's been a labor of love to own one of these. This is my second Land Rover and it won't be my last. Just ready to move on to my next one and unfortunately for me I can't add another, so I will have to replace this one.

Here's a bit about this Disco. I'll try to list as much as I can. If you're like me and you've been looking for a D2 with the facelift, then you know there is much to sort out on these off-road beasts. I'm sure I'll miss a few things, so If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

Here we go..

This D2 is pretty well sorted but it does need a few things for a 14+yr old vehicle to bring it up to par. Paint on roof and hood is beginning to fade. Dings and rock chips. Headliner is sagging in multiple places, but not low enough to be a hindrance or annoying. Driver's seat cushion is ripped from sliding in and out. Driver's door will not unlock/lock with remote, must use key to unlock and lock. Passenger rear door will not unlock. Needs actuator I believe, just never took time to replace since I'm usually the only one in the truck and rarely access rear seat. Needs slight front end steering alignment and wheel balance. The "Three Amigo" lights, ABS, Down hill Decent control and Traction Control Light will come on randomly/like most D2s and will reset after truck is turned off and on. Very rare occurrence. There is a fix I never took time to remedy since it's not a usual occurrence. No issues with head gaskets and I'm not sure when the last time they were done.

I'm asking $7,500 OBO.

I'm sure I missed a few things here and there. I have more pics if needed. I'm not asking the world for it, but for what's been done to this D2 I feel it's reasonable. Please make me an offer. If you have any questions please feel free to call, Ed 956-three five eight-1842.

My friend is looking for a D2.Yours seems pretty sorted out. I will pass your add on to him. Do you happen to have the stock wheels?

Thanks much! I do not have the stock wheels. I bought it with the 4x 19" RR wheels and later found a matching spare. I do, however, have the 16" original spare that I can work out to go with the Disco if the buyer wants. Thanks for passing it along!

Great looking truck. For any potential buyer, seat bottoms are only about $100 ea for the leather and easily changed. My local headliner guy does it for $100. Good luck with the sale.

S Models = all had black front bumpers without fog lights. They also didn't have Leather seats. They were vinyl. Easy way to spot the vinyl seats in tan S models = the seat piping is the same color as the seat vs all D2 tan Leather seats that have different color seat piping. On black vinyl interiors the other way to tell Leather vs Vinyl is with the vented holes in the seats. On vinyl they don't actually go all the way thru.

Interesting on this S Model D2 is the aftermarket sunroof.

Good info. This seat bottom should be less since its vinyl/leathetette and of course depending on the quality of the cover. Also even less to just repair. Thanks!

curious where you found the seat bottom cover, especially @ $100??? I looked a few months back, even called the dealer, and never came up with one.
