Default What part is this?

Hi All. I just purchased my new RR. And I found that I am missing a cap in the engine compartment. The tube is white and is between the battery and the radiator fan. It looks like it should have a blue cap? When it is open, it has some sort of filter element inside. What cap is this?

Might help if we knew the year . I know on previous posts you indicated you bought a 99. However, we aren't going to remember all the time. Do you have a picture of where it goes?

Sounds like the windshield washer reservoir to me. If you can send a pic I can tell you for sure.

The light thing happens to me sometimes with the rear fogs. Comes loose in the holder. Wrapped the base of the bulb with a few strands of copper from some wire I had laying around and that snugged it up.
