I picked up a pair of 18", double 5 spoke wheels, hoping to make a set. I couldn't find two more, so I got a different style.
I'm using one to have a full size spare and have an extra. It was an OEM choice during the 05 & 06 years.

So if you're looking for a wheel for a full size spare (18x8) this could fit the bill.

And if you want a tire with it for $40 I have a Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armor (265/60-R18) with 70%-80% tread, 9 months old I can include (unmounted).
