I am selling my 2000 Disco II.
94K
Forest Green/ Beige
fully Loaded
The Car is a 2 owner Forest Green Discovery 2. The first owner was a Dr. and had the car for 8 years and kept it meticulous and always serviced at Land rover. I have all the records for this car from New (every single one!). the car was purchased fully loaded it even had a VHS/LCD built in by the factory (not common 10 years ago!)
I purchased the car 2 years ago. From a Mercedes Benz dealer in VA.
Items I have repaired or updated:
1. New Shocks (Old Man Emu) less than 4k old
2. New Magnecor wires (8mm) less than 4k old
3. Bosch Plat 4+ Sparks less than 4k
4. New Head Gasket (LR Dealer) less than 4k
5. Valve Cover gasket (LR Specialist)
6. Updated and renewed Radiator hoses Recent
7. New power steering pump 1 year
8. New Transmission mounts (LR Specialist) less than 1 yr
9. New U- Joints (LR Specialist) less than 1 yr
10. Replaced both rear air suspensions (LR Specialist)
11. New serpentine belt (bypassed ACE) I have an extra new full sized belt if you want to re-activate the ACE. I was not a fan. Summer
12. New thermostat - 4 months
13. New Manifold gaskets - Done with Head gasket - Summer
14. Running boards added (for my mum to get in and out!)
15. Bled brakes.
16. New oil
17. Flushed radiator
The exterior of the car is in great condition for its age a couple of niks here and there nothing noticeable. The color is outstanding and I always get stopped and asked about that. I relplaced the VHS player with a DVD player and it worked for a while but stopped. The LCD screen is factory fitted with a headliner trim, with a little effort and a $99 DVD player the thing will work I can guarantee it. I do not have the rear seats for the car. I lost them when moving house! The Leather is in great condition I always treat in with leather care every (3-6 months).
This car wants a loving home and is all ready to roll another 100K with no issues. I spent a fortune on this thing and dont regret it! It has been an extraordinary car.
