I live in New Orleans, La... not worried about NY. What are codes P1884 & P0102? What needs to be done to make it a daily driver for about 7,000 miles/year? What have you had done to rover?

 

I think one is evap / emmissions the other is mass or volume air flow circuit low

 

How extensive is the rust?
