Is this one of the affected rovers with the oil pump issues?

 

Honestly, I don't know for certain if the 2003 Disco model has oil pump issues. I can tell you for certain, though, that I've never had an issue with the oil pump.

 

Can you tell me the condition of the outside paint and body?
Has your disco been kept in the garage and are you the original owner?

The affected cars are in the 3A771801 -- 3A808362 VIN range, FYI.

 

To teamx: The vehicle was not garage kept so there is some paint fade on the roof. There are some dings, dents, and cracks on the body and my wife and I are the original owners. We took it to a local shop here in Columbus that deals with Land Rovers (Sports and Imports) and the folks there told my wife we should try and sell it for $12,900 but I felt with the paint fade, dings, dents, and cracks we should go lower.
