I have an 03 Disco with the factory Becker Nav system, will these disc work in that?

 

No. It's only for the 05-09 LR3 and RR.

 

I noticed the need for update sat nav DVD's for the Land Rover RR sport, vogue and Disco3 manufactured 2005-2009;

I also am surprised these DVD's are not provided by the dealers of Nav manufacturers

There is an update DVD for Western Europe version 2014-2015
There is an updates for USA and Canada version 2015-2016

All DVD's working as per the original , DVD is compiled with latest map data and latest Landrover firmware !
