I have a set of 18 and 19, 18 had severely dry rotted tires using 19 till we can afford tires

I'm assuming that all the tires look like the one in the pic . also is there any cracking or known issues with them?

They have been stored in my basement, all appear to be in good shape but I will take a closer look and post back here if I see any issues.
