Would it be possible for you to post a photo of the mounting hardware?

The fitting instructions simply show longer screws and some washers for the uppers. The lowers require threaded inserts or similar. And instruct you to bin to old screws ;)

Interesting that they mount directly onto the light assemblies. I have a set but that approach didn't look right to me -- I was afraid that the lenses would crack. So I cut some short lengths of aluminium tube that sleeve over the mounting screws to act as spacers.

The fitting instructions that AHAB provided is for the plastic version of the G4-style light guards. They do not use spacers apparently and mount much closer to the lenses.

I have the metal version of the light guards which the OP is selling. They do use long plastic tubers spacers which set these metal guards farther away from the lenses.

Aha! A crucial piece of information. I didn't know that there were both metal and plastic versions; I have the metal ones, which is why I asked the seller for a photo of the installation hardware since the listed ones were metal as well.

Default D2 rear lamp guards

These are the metal ones... they stand off from touching the light with 4 plastic spacers. Included with sale.
