This is not something I really want to do but due to unforseen circumstances I am forced to sell my Discovery 2.
I've had this car since November of 2010 and it's been absolutely amazing. I bought it with 69,000 miles and now as it sits it has just over 86,000 miles. I used to daily drive it, but now it's only a weekend car.
It is Bonatti Gray with Black Leather interior and wood trim.
Stock it had the trail package which consisted of a front brush bar and a rear ladder. This truck has seven seats. Stock center differential lock as well.
Since I have bought it:
-New rotoflex
-New starter
-new spark plugs
-flushed coolant new thermostat installed
-oil change with rotella every 4k miles
-air springs leaked so I converted to coil springs in the rear, body ecu has been properly flashed to turn off compressor
-Terrafirma 3" lift
-BFG M/Ts 285/75/16 on 16" Procomp steel wheels
-trimmed front bumper
-Greasable brand new front driveshaft
-Oil pressure gauge installed
-new drivers side rear hub
-flipped and notched rear tire carrier. Fits up to 33" tires
-Magnecor 8mm wires are waiting to go on the car
The car has been tastefully modded to enhance its offroad ability. It still drives great on the road.
The only problems it has right now:
-Dent in drivers side door from someone hitting me in philadelphia over night
-crack in passenger side front bumper cap, I broke it while trying to remove it, if the buyer wants I can get them a new one painted to match
-ticks when warm sometimes...the typical discovery tick that everyone gets. performance has not dropped nor have I had any problems. Oil pressure has always been good.
Truck is located in central MD. Asking $11,500 obo
