Default SOLD Series II in Philadelphia

SOLD

Land Rover Series II long wheelbase (I'll have to look what year it is) that we lost the title to and never registered it for the road. We only used it for "jeep rides" at events we do on private property. Last event the chassis finally gave out... She ran great up until that moment and we even limped it out of the woods under its own power.

It's a white, lefthand drive, 109", 2.25 Petrol, manual trans, with SuperWinch locking hubs.

I have gone back and forth about getting a new galvanized chassis from Rovers North on this for a couple months now and have decided to just put the money into our '67 Series IIa diesel instead.

So first $1,000 gets everything, comes with hardtop (probably worth $500 alone) and boxes of miscellaneous parts for it we never got around to installing. Really need this out of my way. So call, text, or email me with any questions.

The chassis and bulkhead are shot, other than its a great truck and the body is really clean for a 50+ year old truck.

Thanks Robert-

Thanks - I'm actually surprised nobody has picked this up yet for $1,000. I've had it on CL for almost two weeks now. Lot's of calls and text but nobody has come through... I guess I might just part it out, keep the top for our '67 and scrap the rest, seems like a shame though.

There is a lot of great parts there, no room for projects right now at my place. I'll even be somewhat near by at Rovers on the Rocks in a couple weeks

I know I was thinking the same thing.

That and I had decided I no longer liked having ********* as my wife would remove them

That rear cross member should clean up nicely!

That's a pretty good deal - all the bits are there for the right buyer. A new frame and a couple of weekends should get someone a nice looking 2A

I'll give you a holler tomorrow. I'm trying to work through logistics of getting it out here to seattle.

If you decide to part it I'd like to know how much for the front and rear Land Rover badges

Sorry I know I'm a vulture....
