U Da Man! Quite an opportune time for me as I was chasing a driveline vibration for the past year. I nailed it down to the front driveshaft today. Removed the front driveshaft and drove with CDL on the rear driveshaft. Problem went away. I could send it in for re-balancing, but your $198 deal is sweet and opportune timing.
I have a 2" Terra Firma spring lift (which I purchased from you last year). Will this driveshaft work with the 2" lift? (I have the Proline driveline spacer if needed.)

To answer your question, yes. You should be fine with your 2" lift. I too am currently running the TF 2" on my 2003 D2 and I have had this same shaft in it for over a year now with zero issues.
