It's a ROLA roof basket.

 

I have removed the rack I believed it was a Rola roof basket as well but it had a Land Rover emblem and since it came from England I thought it might be a different rack.
I appreciate all the feedback and wouldnt want to sell it as a Land Rover rack if it is not. I am sure I can sell it locally to someone else.

You can buy the same rack for $171 with free shipping so it wouldn't really be worth much to have it shipped.

This is also brand new. I originally thought it was a genuine Land Rover rack which would be worth considerably more.
