Okay, so, I got a good question and need to clarify: This rack IS the contoured roof rack, it follows the lines of the roof of the Disco II's and covers theFULL LENGTHof the vehicle -fits like a glove! I didn't realize there were so many differentracks out there! Keep those good questions comin'!

Here's the EXACT information on my roof rack: It is an OEM Safety Devices DII Highlander High Roof Rack, part number RRL15360RA and it retails for just under $1500.00 if NOT purchasedfrom aLR Dealer. Dealership purchase will add more than $350.00 to that price. There is a "Highlander Low" and a "Highlander High (this one)", the difference is that with the "Low" your sunroofs are no longer fully functional and with the "High" they are fully functional.
