i am just looking for a reliable and affordable place to get parts as necessary... and maybe even a mechanic to work with in the st. louis area...

Go to landroversonly.com and look up Chris Shaefer (sp?) under the user name Elemental. He is a mechanic in St. Louis who has worked on Rovers for years.
