Default Lightforce HIDs

Just upgraded my Lightforce driving lights to HID and added a second pair of Lightforce HIDs to the front of my Super Duty. THe amount of light they put out is incredible. The best part is the pair of HID Lightforce Strikers cost me about the same as other lights sell for individually. Not quite as cool as they would be on a Rover but thought you folks could appreciate them anyway.

www.truckcustomizers.com sells the HID Lightforce 170 Strikers for just under $500 a pair. That's a screaming deal. The only problem I see with my Lightforce is that they use external ballasts but as long as they're on the front bumper I can hide the ballasts behind the grille and it's all good. If I were going for lights on the roof I would want something with internal ballasts.

oh i was look at the HID with the internal ballast and they were like $600 a piece. thats nuts IMO.

Check out Lazerstar Dominator lights. I think the website is www.weekendconcepts.com (if that's not it, google it). You can get them in either halogen or HID and they're only about $250 each for the HIDs, and their internal ballast. I'm thinking of getting some if I put a light bar on the roof.

what is all this talk of instant restart on the lazer star website? i remember you posted that website a few months back very curious about their products i would love to hear from someone who has em.
