Do you smoke?
Did the people you bought the truck from smoke?

My headliner is starting to sag in the same place but it's not that bad yet.

Cigarette smoke destroys the glue that holds the headliner in place.
Just some useless info for you guys.
One of the many reasons to avoid a smokers car when looking to buy.

I'll take a vid of mine tomorrow. I have about the same amount of headliner drooping but the edges are exposed and the orange crap is hanging out. As soon as I get paid that thing is coming out, it looks absolutely terrible.

no i don't smoke, person before me didnt smoke either... its gotten alot worse since i bought it just driving around with the windows down i think its putting a beating on it. i'm gonna take it all apart and paint it like everyone else is doing... i like the way it looks painted. just don't ahve a trim removal tool yet.

you dont "need" one, but it is helpful to have and can aid in not messing up any panels too badly, but i took mine out and put it back in with no trim tool, just a screwdriver...

Yet another reason I dont drive with the windows down.
See, if you guys would just listen to me, your power windows would not go bad, your headliner wouldnt sag, your sun roofs wouldnt make noise....lol
