You want 6200 for a truck that needs 4 tires, low compression, 3 amigos on, and check engine light on?? Potentially 1000's needed in repairs just to get it reliable and road worthy?Plus you want the new price of the rack if it's included? Even though it's not new? And you can grab one from Voyager or the like for around 1200???

I paid that for my rust free running driving realiable, zero lights on good tires truck. An 04 with CDL. . With 89k on it. Ads like this are nuts. Being part of the LR community you'd think you wouldn't try and hose a fellow member. That's a 3k truck on the best of days. That's if the paint and interior are super clean. Sorry for the rant. If this sells I'm immediately listing mine and asking 12k.

Everyone else was thinking what Shiftonthefly1 said. You can ask whatever you want, but you're nuts if you think you'll get half of your asking price. Kudos for being up front about the issues, but if it's not worth it for you to fix the thing, it's not worth it for anyone else.

None of this describes my post. The point of my post was to point out that ripping of fellow enthusiasts is not cool. We are small community. We help each other. That's the whole point of this forum. You failed to mention in your for sale ad that you tried extensively to fix the problems. You said yourself in your threads that you were fed up with the truck. Yet you want top dollar for it. That's the real insult. You're obviously not stupid. So if some newb comes in and sees your downplayed ad, he would be stuck with your problem that you couldn't fix. It's wrong. I felt guilty for NOT calling you out. Pawn it off on ebay. At least you buy at your own risk on there. But don't use a community resource to rip off fellow members.
