All good. I'll drop the search for 7.5x16. Any other sizes I should look at?

I guess the 235/85R16 will technically work on a 16x8 rim, but it might look funny.

Jeff, check with your local tire fitting company but I'm reasonably sure a 235 85 R16 is good to go on a 16x8 rim.

Bearing in mind track race tyres (slicks especially) are invariably fitted to much larger width rims to give more sidewall stiffness so the tire tread does the work as all my race car slicks were.

Cool. I'll ask them. From research, it appears to work, but looks weird. I'm not sure how it looks weird, can't really find pics

215/85R16 is another idea. It's 30.4" though, whereas 235's are 31.7"
Width is 8.5" and 9.3" respectively. Which one would look more like the camel I posted?

Thanks for the photos. They look good. Not quite as skinny/tall as I had imagined, could it be due to the 8" rims?

Maybe a thinner front bumper, spring spacer / higher lift, and/or deeper treads would do it

Looks nice! Have a side-profile photo?

I think I've decided between the 16x7 Terrafirma Dakar's and 16x8 steelies. ~$180 vs $40 per wheel. I feel like i can't go wrong with the steelies, though the dakar's are sharper.

I decided to go with the "rare G4" wheels.

Found them here at a reasonable price
