AHH HAAAAAAAA......

On the way back from Texas, the first thing that broke was the speedometer. Through a constant series of misfortunes, bizarre events, and the not-uncommon stupidity, I have gone through 3 batteries, 6 alternators, several starters, distributors, 3 mechanical fuel pumps and 4 electric fuel pumps, 5 rear main seals a differential, several axles and 2 motors. Now, it has a cracked head and a broken radiator.....

LOVE IT!!!

This has inspired me to make some cockpit changes!

 

I never knew DII's had two carburetors as one Cleveland ad said, cuz it runs rough they need to be cleaned........ only in Ameri-duh, I believe we need to neuter and spay people.

 

There was one here in KY listed last week, fresh import with full canvas top,
for 11k.........the full canvas top had me scratching head, it's gone now, diesel or so it said....I was about to ask if it was a good deal or not....

Yep, yep, I knew where you where going...... a four banger diesel runs slower than my snot on a frigid winters day. It was more than likely an exMOD tin can of early 80's vintage. I find them allot on CL and they think they're worth a buck. Some are ****-in-mouse or tinnitus warm overs. Yes, they've been gone over but can you imagine a nice 20* morning waiting for the damn thing to warm up? Aint gonna happen even if the heat was pumping out at 700*F. You'd be better off in a topless ATV.
