Default Cold air under the dash while driving

Since I have my broken glovebox out, waiting on my buddy to drop off the new one, I noticed cold air(it's winter time) coming out through the glovebox area from under the dash. My wife was driving and my knees were getting pretty damn cold but all the vents were cranking out hot air. Has anyone else noticed this? Is there a vent or soemthing that might not be closing?

Check the door seal and your fender liner

Door seals look to be in good shape. What do you mean check the fender liner?

Open the door all the way and look down on the corner where the fender meets the door. Can you see the ground or the fender liner

I'm not sure what you're getting at?

Is there a gap here where you can see the ground

From the top corner of the upper door hinge area.
Look where the fender meets the body and door, to see if the fender liner is visible or not.

Edit, I'm thinking of the lower windshield cowl, at the back top corner of the fender, where you can look down to the ground.

The air, noise, and moister is coming in from the wheel well as there is nothing from blocking it. It then goes and finds a way past your door seals into the cabin.

I don't have the part number but, here would be my recommendation...

Take the wheel off and check the wheel liner for fitment/ tears. You may need to order a new one.

Easy cheap approach...get some expanding foam or caulking and fill the gap from the door side.

also...check for any openings, looks like there is on by the lower hinge, on the door jamb. Fill it with expanding foam or caulking.

I noticed my issue when I would get moister in the cabin after a rainy day or when Tricky Dick felt like going for a swim.
