Rust can definitely come back. Bed liner will eventually crack allowing water in and promote rust.

 

Are you a bot? You're asking the same question over and over again, to which you have been given an accurate answer.
Bedliner isn't a rust treatment. Like any paint, it's only going to work as long as water can't get through it. Doesn't matter how it's applied.

Thank you for your replies. I don't think I'll be working on the rust in my truck bed if spraying bed liner is not going to prevent the rust from coming back.
