I have a 2016 LR4. There is an intermittent, high pitched, metal on metal sound coming from the right front wheel well. It sounds like a brake sensor, but the dealer said the brakes were not worn. After two days of searching, the dealer service tech “deglazed the brake pads” and this stopped the intermittent sound. But three weeks later it has returned. The dealer service manager recommended living with it, and said that the noise was related to changes in OEM brake components to make them more sustainable. Any thoughts are appreciated!
