yep, i was leaning tw, but the limitations in there size offerings might be a deterrence.
kind of now thinking I will go 305/75/16....still narrowing, hard for anything to compete with the treadwright pricing

irok= not exactly the size I want. the trxus do come in the size that I want, for $320, but I had to disqualify because they are not available at any of their listed retail locations in that size......or out of stock.....

That sounds familiar. That's probably why I didn't get the trxus last time either.

Not sure which tire that is, but bias ply tires are VERY sensitive to pressure, especially on the highway. Not sure any of that applies in the case of that blowout of course.
