Default will this fit

can i put a 265 60 18, on my stock 255 55 18 rims. i am wanting the goodyear wrangler silent armours. how much bigger is that and will it rub or mess anything up. i considered buy aftermarket rims but dont know if i am ready to take the plunge.

They fit perfect. They will not rub at all under full articultion, regardless of hight setting. Because they don't have an exagerated off road pattern, they add just the right ammount of off road seriousness to the looks of theLR3 without over doing it. I believe they look better than stock tires.

I would advise you to stay away from after market wheels all together unless you know very well what you are doing. Mess with the wheel off-set and tires that would have fit start to rub. Also take into consideration the heavy weight of the vehicle, towing capacity, off road capacity and trying to find a wheel that can match those specs is not that easy.

If you are dead set on after market wheels, take the time to check out the wheels made by Redbourne. They are made specifically to fit the specs of Land Rover vehicles and look great. I am partial to the cromed Dukes for the LR3.
