I run a single din Bluetooth cheapy deck with a USB input, mounted an iPad mini in front that docks to the phone either wirelessly or the usb. Use it for gps, videos for the kids, and tunes for me. I just take it with me whenever I want. I bought the cheap wiring harnesses kit to plug into the factory harness. Easy and works great.
