Thanks for the help, got it all apart and found this. Seal was broken and the little coil in the seal scored 1/4 circumference of the crankshaft.

I have a speedi sleeve for the pulley, but this scoring is on the inner circumference of the crank and the pulley itself rather than the pulley and the seal. Is there a sleeve for the crank itself? Thoughts?
