Default D2 Radius arm/Trailing Arm Bushings

Have any of you ever replaced al the bushings for a D2 radius arms and trailing arms, if so what replacement bushings did you use, who did you get them from and how big a press was needed?
Any help will be appreciated.

I haven't done any of the above, but Great Basin Rovers has been blowing up facebook for the last month or so with their new castor corrected radius arms. $250 with a core charge.

Thanks, but I have to replace all 12 of my bushings, too many really hard trails have turned mine into hamburger.
