Anyone know how I remove these bolts? Without removing the whole transfer case?

They are the bolts that hold on the e-brake drum. There is something (that I can not see) that is being them. From what it feels like, it might be a very large e-clip or something.

The flange has to be removed. the large nut removed and puller used to pull out flange. The bolts are on the flange that has to be pulled out. Do you have the manual, if not you can download it, or give me your email address and I can send it to you. It explains the process.

check that flange closely, it already looks ob-longed at the bottom of the bolt you want to replace
