Default OH NO!! faded leather seats for 2003 disco in Alpaca

hey guys,

i picked up a used leather seat to replace my burned driver side seat in my disco, which had perfect leather before it caught fire.

the used seat looked good when i had it pulled but after i cleaned the mud and dirt off it, i noticed that the color of the leather as darkened to a Grey or black and the tan is disappearing. i was using dawn soap?

so now my replacement seat needs to be dyed and sealed.

i have used SEM leather dye before and i don't mind using it again, but does anyone know of any other options to re-color my leather?

After you dye your seats and it cures for a week or so, saddle soap then one day and use Lexol on them the next day, they will look great and last forever.
