1 Week into Disco II territory
Greetings all -
During the past week this forum has been invaluable as I've started down the path of Disco ownership. I live in AZ so there are tons of trails with year round accessibility. I was in the market for an off-roader but something that A) doesn't cost a fortune, B) is easy to customize and C) had the type of mods that I was looking for already complete. Wrangler's seems to be made of gold these days, not keen on Toyota's BUT have always had a special place for LRs, particularly DII's.
SO, found one from an original owner that ticked the boxes. Really enjoying it - except for a steering fluid leak that just started - taking it as a sign she likes me... welcome to the club, right?
Cheers

Progress....
A few pics, making progress.
- Hellas installed
- Full internal detail
- etc.
Also launched a build thread for anyone who cares to follow the trials and tribulations of a 2003 DII.

Let me tell you, the path to Land Rover ownership is frankly uphill AND you bought a DII which is like a fallen tree about forty hands wide in your way. Tisk, tisk. Well, good luck with that.
Welcome aboard, the DII section is alive and well and the most popular. (Gee, I wonder why?)
