Did anybody else see these shenanigans on FleaBay? 03 HSE painted Tangiers Orange, listed as a real G4 and not an 04 edition. Wrong seats, cold weather pack, no special vehicles tag under the hood... and more. BIN of $25k, thankfully no one bit.

One of the techs at my dealer has a G4. The staff there told me it was brought in one day by the original owner, a little old lady who brought it in for something expensive needed fixing, saw a newer model and wanted to trade it in. One of the sales guys called service, and a tech came running over and made her an offer of something like $1500 on the spot for it. Immediately fixed it up.

Makes me smile every time I spot it in town. Wish they sold some of the TDV6 06 or 09 G4 editions here. See them on the ZA forums all the time.... too nice.

I have a genuine 02 Kalahari and no special tag under the hood. I also owned a real 97 Range Rover AA Yellow Vitesse and once again no special tag under the hood. Wouldn't count that as proving it's 100% genuine, but yeah I saw that fake 03 G4 a while back as well....
