Smile Craigslist Series IIa 109

Stumbled apone this old 1971 Series Land Rover! Needs restoration as is typical for these classics, but dam the outer panels look great!!! Had I the time, money and know how I'd buy it myself and get her all fixed up! It is very tempting Just thought I'd share the find with the community.

Land Rover Series IIa 109"

The owner lowered the price down to $2,500 so you cant really go wrong with that.

Umm unfortunately the body and frame need major restoration, along with the interior and most else. Never really got into the old series trucks, but now that I see this one.... Im starting to really like them a lot.

"The underbody" I ment to say. Strange that the truck has really low miles, unless the engine was rebuilt or replaced.

I got mine for around that price with a good frame and no real work needed other than a locking brake drum. Maybe I was lucky but I would pass on a rusted frame. On that same note if anybody comes across any 109 2 door side panels (with windows) or a truck top I would def be interested.
