Default British Northwest Land Rover / Charles Kellogg

I am seeking information or to converse with others who feel that they have been victimized by British Northwest Landrover Company and/or Charles Kellogg. Examples might be:
  • Double billing,
  • Billing for work not completed,
  • Negligent workmanship
  • Violation of the Automotive Repair Act (performing work with out a written estimate).
Please know that I am engaged in litigation with this company the information would be used to augment that litigation.

Also, i am happy to email documents relating to litigation brought by another British Northwest Landrover customer seeking to recover damages from negligent work and/or for work billed and not completed. The Arbitrator found in favor of the customer and the court awarded him $18,000.00 in damages. I found it to be interesting reading and very similar to my experience.

Please feel free to contact me at this email address (bnwlrfraud@gmail.com). I would also be happy to provide a copy of my complaint upon request.

Lastly, here is an interesting link to another site where others have provided information on their experience with British Northwest Land Rover / Charles Kellogg

British Northwest Land Rover/Charles Kellogg - Land Rover Forums : Land Rover and Range Rover Forum

Thank you,

JP

Arbitrator? Court ruling? Aren't those two separate things, different avenues of resolution?

Default Another Charles Kellogg / British Northwest Land Rover Lawsuit

Please find attached, yet another lawsuit filed by a disgruntled customer of British Northwest Land Rover. According to the complaint, the customer was initially provided with an estimate for approximately $5000, but Charles Kellogg ultimately billed the customer for over $33,000 and failed to complete the project.

When the customer complained and demanded the return of his vehicle, Charles Kellogg of British Northwest Land Rover refused to hand over the vehicle.

The customer eventually got a court order demanding that Charles Kellogg / British Northwest Land Rover hand over the vehicle to the plaintiff.

This case is public record and I am providing this information as a public service.
