Default New remote now problems?

Got a remote from dealer and sync it with my 99 bosch 4.6. Now every so often the truck loses all power as if the battery dead. New battery alternator is pumping where it should be. Dont get it. After wards I have to resync the remote. Do you think its the becm acting up?

Everyone likes to blame the becm. I would look for bad wiring connections. Positive and ground. I have found several bad connections on my RR, mostly at the connectors and due to corrosion. Good luck.
