Default Tire question (don't kill me, I searched)

I know everone rolls their eyes when this topic comes up, but I can't find an answer. I came across a really good deal on some 265/70/18s and I know they are about the limit that will fit without a lift. My problem is that I have a coil conversion (not sure on brand, has red coils)and I'm not sure where my ride hight stands. I've read this size will fit with the suspension on off road settings, is my hight equal to highway, off road, or somewhere in the middle? I added a pic if that will help. My current tire size is 235/55 so it makes it harder to tell where mine is sitting. The tires aren't such a good deal if they don't fit. Thanks!

Chip,
They rig looks like its up too high for highway speeds. If you are in the trenches you will be fine, but watch out when you go over 50 mph. Since many viewed and did not comment I thought one comment is better than no feedback. Be careful buddy!

It actually doesn't handle too badly, but the smaller than oem tire makes the wheel wells look larger. I'm thinking I'm going to go with a 255/60/18 Terra Grappler soon.
