2400 mile trip in the Rover... PASSED
I just returned from my first journey in my DII. I drove a total of 2400 miles, from Ohio to Connecticut, to Cape Cod and then to Moose head Lake Maine and back to Ohio. I didnt have a single problem with my truck, I did burn about a quart of oil and had to add some coolant but other than that nothing.
Also when I got to Maine me and my cuz found some killer logging roads to test out the off road capabilities of my machine.... it passed with flying colors!!!
Only had it stuck once but as soon as I locked her up I crept right out.
Im working on a video right now of some of the footage we shot with my HD hand held video camera. I'll post it up as soon as I get it all together.
Never for a minute did I think I would get stuck in anything the Rover couldnt get me out of, what a great vehicle.
