Cooper Discoverer H/T Plus
These are the tyres that I use and I absolutely love them. They are great in the rain and the snow. I am running 255/55/18 tyres. The reason I went with these over the oem tyre is I can not justify 200 dollars for a goodyear tyre, especially with the ratings it has received from a lot of different people that are unhappy with it. I paid 115 a tyre locally from a Cooper dealer and have not looked back. The only drawback to the Cooper is the speed rating. They are only rated for 118mph where as the vehicle will do 130. Obviously this isn't an issue as it is very rare to even be driving close to 90 let alone over 100. It is also a 60,000 mile tyre.
