Hello:

the Rack is not OEM, it is manufactured in China. The quality and specifications are the same as OEM (the main difference, is that it does not have the LR logo). I have compared it with the ones at the dealership, and they are very much the same. Because you live in Houston, you can inspect it before buying it. I can contemplate and offer; however, the price is very competitive.
