10 vs 11.4?
So, on the brake job thing for $2300...
I'm trading in my 2017 Jaguar F Type R on my Defender. My F Type has the carbon ceramic brake package, which if you have to do full rotors and pads comes out to around $18,000 for the whole shebang. I know this is NOT apples to apples, but I might be one of the few people looking at that potential cost going "whew, bargain." lol.

Yes, I am the second owner and carbon ceramics are going to be a nightmare scenario down the road for 2nd or 3rd owners who are unaware. The flip side is they will last a LONG time if you're not tracking the car, like probably up to 100k miles without doing anything to them. But if something hits a rotor and takes a chunk out you cannot resurface them, you just have to replace, and they are spendy for sure.
