Default 11.4 inch screen still not available?

My order went in last week but dealership is saying the 11.4 inch screen is not available for 23.5 Defenders. It does show the larger screen as an option when you build your configuration on the Landrover website. Has anyone else experienced this recently?

I saw a MY23 90S at my dealer yesterday that had the 11.4" screen and a couple more lower end models online at other dealers that had the larger screen. Mine is due in later this month and the only box available on mine was the 10" screen. Jealous

I was in today to start my order process and I was told that I could order it. I suppose that doesn't mean that I will actually get it!

I went in today to talk about ordering and was told that I couldn't select the larger screen. I've only seen the larger screen in person and the smaller in pictures so I'm not sure how big of a difference it actually makes or if it's worth holding out for.

my MY 23.5 SE order was switched to a 10 when the order confirmation came, I don't think it'll make that big of a difference but I'm getting old and my eyesight doesn't like small things, not going to hold out for it. All in all the only thing I'm really disappointed is how the chairs changed and that USB port isn't in the middle of the back of them.

@emonda - Like toilet paper colors: some people care, some people don't. Some like the looks, others just care about the functionality. The 2020 Defender was designed with the 10 in mind. If fits into the dash treatment as designed. In the "bigger is better world" (hey, I'm not a hypocrite, I admit I wanted larger tires!!), most folks enjoy a larger screen. The larger screen is noticeable in that it is oversized for the space (some actually care less about the design). And they made more money on it. Now that it's not available, many folks are upset and just as many (me) couldn't care. I have the 10" on a 2022 and I love it. I'm not sure what another 1" of diagonal distance would do for me. With one touch you get the entire screen for whatever app/option you want. Everyone typically leaves up the default 3. If it matters, wait. If it REALLY matters, order anything and have it replaced with an 11 if you get a 10. It will be an expensive PITA, but it can and has been done. Or, just go with the 10 and love it as it is. I had the option before the crazy supply problems and I still prefer the 10.

Like TP, it's personal choice.

Well, I have to admit, I bit the bullet and had the larger screen retro-fitted by Vulkan Automotive on Wednesday, along with all activations, and the Alcantara V8 steering wheel with flappy paddles, and I’m over the moon with it!

I’ve primarily gone for it as I can digitally share my iPhone screen with it so my off-road maps will go straight to the new screen and I won’t have to fit an iPad to the dash again, so I saw the value in that…….oh, and I can watch Netflix and YouTube too! Lol
