Please forgive me if this has been answered.....I'm struggling finding a thread about this. I am putting 18" winters on and this is the only obstruction...is it some sort of weight? It comes off with ease.

Which model do you have because regardless of that thing, 18" don't just bolt directly on to NAS market P400 or V8 builds without other modifications.

 

I forgot to mention haha it’s a P300, my second one. First one has 18” too but can’t remember if it’s had that metal piece.
