2 Steel Wheeled Unicorns Together - Base Defender and Bronco
Took the Defender on a road trip to get some miles on her, saw my first base Bronco 4 door in the wild. Decided to see how my coil-sprung P300 stacks up:
Looks like the Bronco has room for much larger tires, even in stock guise.

Here’s my 110 S nose to nose with my Black Diamond Bronco. Both bone stock, defender at access height

There is a profound sadness to base Broncos with the minivan-spec tires. Even the most basic Defender gets the look right. Also, Bronco detailing is super cheesy in comparison. Don't get me wrong, I actually like the Bronco but it just seems like it is 10% too expensive across the board. They just put up the new Everglades trim on the build & price and it starts at $53K. And that one is 4-cylinder ONLY.

There was no way I was buying him a Squatch.
