20" Redbourne with 285/55/20 Nitto Recon Fit?
Hey guys, I looked through all the threads and it seems like 275/55/20 is the safe bet, but will a 285/55/20 fit on stock suspension without rubbing?
I have seen a few pictures of this setup and was told it does not rub, but from posts here I am not sure? I will have the wheel arch protection and no plans to change suspension in anyway.

This 90 has 20x9in wheels with offset of ET 30mm. He's running 33x11.5 Ridge Grapplers, which is pretty close to a 285x55-20 sized tire. He says there is "zero rubbing with this setup". I have a 90 on order and plan on running the same (or very similar setup)
For comparison, the Redbourne wheels are 20x8.5in and ET 25, so in theory, it should work, but I can't personally say for certain.

The lift is not the issue here, as it is the tyre that catches the wheel arch liner when on lock. My 275/55r20 on standard rims just catch the front mudflaps on lock whether the suspension is lifted or not.
Got it. So its sounding like it may not be worth the risk to try to go with the 285/55/20. Was hoping there were a few members that were successfully running that size with no rubbing issue.
