Good to know about the wireless charger - taking my 2020 in this week for that. They had said when I booked it in that its a software update… perhaps parts are indeed required!

Hi, I'm a little late to respond but Land Rover made a mistake and realized that only a firmware update is needed, vice hardware. My iPhone 12 Pro Max charges perfectly now.

One more reason to order a 110 Defender with a solid roof! I'm a fan of the Grenadier roof style - solid, reinforced, and plenty of head room. If Defender didn't have a glass roof, there may be an extra inch or two of headroom. I hope when Defender production levels out, JLR will again offer solid roof options to US consumers. Right now, there's no solid roof availability, so I have to wait for production to catch up to demand I guess.
