Anyone have luck with finding a solution for a hidden winch? I like some of the bumpers, but really want a tube bull bar with winch....or completely hidden like in the BOND movie.

 

I have the factory winch bumper on order, and looking at the instructions it appears to be custom built for a Warn Zeon 10-s Platinum. I'm wondering if anyone has tried to install a different winch on the factory winch bumper?

 

The JLR offered front end look I really I am not a fan of it at all, but I do understand they have to include pedestrian crush cans, which creates a very chunky look. I priced it and found it very very expensive.

I have been corresponding with Lucky 8, and all my hope is with them. I have also heard 2nd hand they will have available something later this fall (?).

I ordered the Lucky 8 rock sliders, and once they arrive and as I install them I will reach out to Lucky 8 over the phone and see how they are progressing on solving the winch / bull bar challenge.

There is also a version from Australia which is on youtube, but it seems to be a "one-off" effort.

I just got the A-frame & Winch setup installed from my dealer and it looks pretty good. The winch is totally hidden until you remove the front cover or look at it close-up through the grill.

 

It's really helpful to see it up-close. Thanks for sharing !

 

Looks like a couple of solid options if LR gets the kit back in the states. Otherwise I am thankful that Lucky8 LLC is working on another option.

That hidden set up is very nice looking.

 

It is available in the states. I had mine installed at my SoCal dealership.

 

My dealer in the Appalachian / Smoky Mountains does not yet have access to order it. They are pretty well shut out on other accessories, as well (like the air compressor).

Maybe Southern California is on the top of the list in North America to ration out the limited supply?
