2022 Defender X110 20,000 km with EV Fault
Hi,
My 2022 Defender X110 P400E sat down on me 3 weeks ago. The dash read EV fault and it stated cutting out and dropping out of gear. The dealer took it away and gave me a car to keep me going. I’ve asked for a update and I’m told they are so busy that they haven’t even looked at it yet.
Im wondering if this has happened to anyone else and is it acceptable to be waiting so long for it to be even looked at?

My local dealership has finally dropped all pretext of scheduling appointments presumably because it is simply too hard to do. Though you can still "book" an appointment, work is done in order of drop-off date and time. Meaning that those that schedule a service two weeks ahead of time, are serviced after the person that drops off without any prior planning min before. Nor is any prioritization done. They'll queue up dozens of cars needing quick & easy service after a single vehicle needing 2 days of work. They just go on filling up the back lot with vehicles waiting for service. This is why I use the dealership only on items my independent mechanic can't tackle.
