Default 2022 X-Dynamic comes with rear recovery D-rings

I was planning to order them from Powerful UK and pull the bumper and install, but hate dealing with trim. So you can imagine how pleased I was to discover my X-Dynamic SE came with a pair of them sticking out the bumper cover! Here's to at least getting something for the $3000-ish price increase over my 2021 build!

Ditto! Felt the same. Only I had pre-ordered from PowerfulUk and now need to sell them at the next Rover rally!

Kind of reminds me of that famous line from Forrest Gump: "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get"

Yeah, you're right. And it's especially important for me to have them because when it won't start, the flatbed is going to have to winch it up the hill before he can load it.

UGH!
Mine just showed up with the wrong interior, wrong wheels and no ClearSight mirror. (I'm back in line for a new order).
Hope they remedy it quickly for you!

Oh, sorry to hear that.

Nothing wrong with mine. I was just making a joke about it not starting. Mine actually came in perfectly, exactly as I ordered it, and for the first 32 miles hasn't had a single fault!

I mean this is simply ridiculous. I don't understand how this is considered acceptable. Had porsche done this, an entire department would be vacated. With JLR that just seems to be normal.

I think this has more to do with the higher leadership. Perhaps it's a Tata thing.

Imagine spending 250k USD on a full tilt boogy RR Autobiography L, only to find out they built the wrong car with the wrong spec. This issue really has to be blown up. Simply unacceptable.

You're so right. I can't begin to understand how it's even possible. Too many years ordering from the Germans where if it comes in different than you expected, check your order -- it's going to be the dealer's or your own fault.

It feels like the dealers are calling these in to "operators are standing by" clerks on the JLR hotline and reading off the order form to them.
