Default 2024 130 Owners

I would like to introduce this thread for the 130 owners and their experiences. The forum users consist of mostly 110 and 90 users where I could not find some type specifics for 130.

I have been using my 130 for some time now and enjoying it a lot.

However I would like to know:
- Is there anyone that has found a spot in the trunk for the missing air compressor on the 130s
- Sound system upgrades as my preconfigured X even came with the standard meridian system.
- Bicycle carrier options other than OEM accessories which requires towbar that is not fitted on my car.

I wonder if you are having the rattling noise from the windshield wipers for the speeds over 140km/h+. It is very annoying and probably all types have similar flaw.

buzzinfrog: I believe the sound you’re hearing which you feel may be the wipers might actually be the A-pillars. This is a known problem, I am still waiting for my dealership to get the parts to replace them. It’s been over two months now, still waiting.

I should have recorded the wipers, I will post the video on my next high speed travel. The end of the right wiper, edge of the windshield excessively pats on with high frequency above certain speeds.

But I wonder what will be your dealers application, I read on the forum that some parts from the A pillar fly away during driving, is that the case you have, or are you having a retrofit with modified parts?

130 here, just traded in my 2021 110 for a 2024 130 and love it even more now. Looking forward to modding this one soon.

I bet you will enjoy more of this 130 than your 110, at least hope you enjoy as we do on long journeys packed with your good buddies and kids. This body looks amazing as it gets bigger imo. How did you spec your car?

I almost went with a 130 but wanted Tasman more than size. I definitely see the merits of the 130 and would have probably gone with the outbound for my German Shepherds. Eiger/Vtan is such a nice combo. I got Tasman/Vintage Tan Xdynamic that I think looks really nice.

Following. Just picked up a ‘23.5 130 SE dealer demo, Sedona Red/Dark Satin Gray 20” wheels/Acorn Interior. Lifelong car guy, but total newb to Land Rover. Gotta lot to learn. 😂

I just picked up my 130 a week ago. I love it!! I am in the US and one thing that is not super obvious from the website, is that the 130 P300 has an inline 6 cylinder 3.0 Liter engine, not the 4 cylinder 2.0 from the P300 110. So for nearly 10,000 USD less you get the same exact engine as the P400 except slightly de-tuned. I test drove a 130 P400 but ordered a P300 since the price was so much better. I was worried if it would feel underpowered, but now that I have it, I can say it drives great. Lots of torque from the 6 cylinder engine and no concerns at all with this choice.

I find it pretty amazing that the base P300 130 comes standard with adaptive cruise control, air suspension, headlight assist, etc. Great value and awesome car so far!!

I have ordered the so called flat loadspace floor tray two months ago but no sign of ETA. Has anyone got theirs yet?
