Default 2024 130 V8 stuck at port

Dealer delivery date was scheduled at 12/1
Vessel arrived early and dealer said he would have it in by 11/28
then changed to 12/1
then changed to 12/8 citing EPA test
now changed to 12/15

anyone have a similar experience? This is so frustrating

Varies a lot. They try to gang vahicles headed to each location.

Mine sat three weeks+ at Sparrow Point (Baltimore). It went active when loaded on a truck and I was driving it two days later.

Found it! Looks like customs is just checking to make sure it's ok...

Date updated again. They keep pushing a week out everytime. Went from 11/24 to now 12/29

First year depreciation already dropped to 80% this year

Now if I’m invoices after Jan 1 I only get 60% write off in first year.

So frustrating!

Patience. I waited 14 months from deposit date to delivery for 23.5. Your wait time is not something new or uncommon. You will notice not much sympathy coming your way. Absense makes the heart grow fonder.

got a text on Monday that it got pushed to this Friday. I get the same text weekly except this time they said it didn’t pass EPA and they were waiting on same parts from the factory and that those parts finally arrived. Not sure what exactly they have to upfit at the port to make it pass. Vessel arrived 11/15/23 and same holding pattern still. Hoping for some better news soon
